Orientation

KLN can design orientations for groups of 2 to 2000 physicians and other providers/staff. KLN's legal staff in collaboration with the company's clinical advisors design the content and materials for the sessions and conduct the live meetings. The "Orientation Program" is also available as a web-based CME Module.
The essential features of the Orientation Program are as follows:
  1. To explain why risk management is a vital part of the organization's strategic imperatives;
  2. To establish clear and uniform goals for the risk management program;
  3. To clarify expectations, roles and responsibilities of all physician and staff members participating in the overall RM Program; and
  4. To introduce "The Imperatives of Risk Management" - A discussion regarding the relationship between the group's (specialty's) loss experience and the rise in premiums.
The Orientation Program provides a uniform context and "burning platform" that hospital and group practice leadership can leverage to advance the risk management strategy/implementation.
KLN integrates risk management into its brokerage service in a synergistic mannger. The orientation program helped launch our grou-wide risk management program. It provided a foundation and common frame of reference for our doctors and their support staff."
