By integrating traditional insurance brokerage services with clinical,
legal, systems, and risk management expertise, a comprehensive risk management system for physicians, hospitals
and other healthcare organizations can be engineered to
- reduce medical malpractice exposures and
- improve patient safety.
KLN believes that malpractice insurance brokerage services can no longer exist separate from the skills necessary to help insured’s proactively design and deploy risk management solutions to assist them in taking control of their claims experience and premium increases. Providers, insurers, and their broker must form a value added partnership aimed at aligning incentives based on improved patient safety and reduced losses.
That vision was the basis for the development of KLN Specialty Insurance LLC.
