The value proposition embedded in this model is KLN's ability to leverage the risk management expertise residing in KLN
and deliver value added services to its brokerage clients. The conventional brokerage service provides very little
expertise in risk management design and implementation. KLN provides assistance to clients in securing medical malpractice insurance
and proactively managing their risk.
KLN offers its clients risk management services that, over time, will result in improved loss experience and patient safety.
The program is designed to foster a long term partnership among the broker, carrier and client. The foundation for the
partnership is aligned incentives to improve patient safety and reduce malpractice losses. Because the business model
is structured to leverage KLN’s risk management expertise, KLN clients will have access to many value added services
as a standard part of KLN's brokerage services.
